Courses

Scholars and Fellows hosted at the Centre for the History of Renaissance Knowledge organize courses for PhD students, various ones in each academic year. Below we list those conducted so far.

Academic year 2022/2023
  1. Social Bonds. Practical Philosophy and the Problem of Living Together in Early Modernity by, jointly, Danilo Facca, Matthias Roick, Luisa Brotto, Valentina Lepri, Alicja Bielak.

  1. Introduction to Renaissance Intellectual History. Research Problems and Methodology by Luisa Brotto.

  2. Transcultural knowledge production in Early modern Europe: doctrines, debates, cultural exchanges, and methodological approaches for their analysis by, jointly, Valentina Lepri, Danilo Facca, Farkas Gábor Kiss, Matthias Roick.
